From a former Phase Linear employee whom shall remain un named. Same guy I got the Phase linear factory BPI 2,000watt load cell, even has a PL property sticker on it.

Well, beins this one is getting gutted and going back with White Oak everything, shall we throw some 10 amp fuses in the rails and a 15 in for the mains and see what it will do on 4 ohms??

How long does it take to get your readings? If you do push it - GOOD LUCK and wear protection.

Sine testing to clipping levels is way hard on the amp - especially at the higher frequencies as there is more energy under the curve. Stuff gets hot quick.
