Be a member in good standing with 20 posts as of Jan. 15th, 2014 at 6:00PM MST. The countdown will be for 5 days at the ending of which there will be a random number generator activated fo as many times as there are members logged in at that time. All eligible members will be assigned a number based on total eligible members, with their numbers being drawn out of a can by my lovely Jani. I don't know how to make it more fair than that. All mods and admin are NOT eligible.

When the countdown time r reaches zero a Random number generator will generate once for each member online when the timer reaches zero. If your random number is the same as the random number crearted by the genertor then you will win the WOPL 400.
Check the corresponding lottery number to the right of your user name which was randomly drawn yesterday. Example 889IXJ - 47 . If the random number generator picks number 47 then 889IXJ would be the winner.
And last but not least Stuwee - 60
