Those who enter the man cave will get WOPLed
Are the dual transformers the reason why I noticed the NAD 3150 sounded so nice?

Derek, those won't hold a candle to a new WOPL. You are going to be truly amazed...
No doubt about that. It was a nice surprise though and a good trial of a dual power supply unit, the NAD is only 50 watts per channel and I didn't expect it to sound that good. Its been running for a good 5 hours flawlessly so I hope its fixed, will continue to test through the week, my friend will be happy to get it back, he has owned it since new.

I've totally lost the plot....
Well, according to my Aussie (friggin') Post tracking page, it looks like Lee has a new brown box....
(unless he's returned it to have it's colour changed)

So D2, you're that much closer to having your brains blown out of your rectum......

BD , seriously you had no iudea what you had. I think this a 700 Ser II chassis. Just checked it against a Ser I heatsink!!!!!!! It is a Ser II!!!! Which means I wonm't have to gut a 700B to send to Joe so he can start on the 700 backplane boards!!!! BD, you done REAL GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ser II because it does not have the Normal/Direct switch hole and it has "Press Nuts" for the top and bottom covers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wot threw me was the gap between the transformer cut out and the top of the chassis.....
i think it's a tad different.

.... but i'm really sorry if it's delayed progress on D2's project.

It did not delay D2's project in the least. Ed is sending me 2 ---400 parts only chassis so it's all good.
