I'm back, still with the Dell Dimension 2350 after reinstalling IE8 and all updating but it didn't fix anything that was wrong here...

Get this...TH is using 3.8x and IT works. Disqus doesn't, Word Press does (as used by one site for their news and blogs respectively.

What else, short of a reload could be the problem? I'll drop the cookies and get back to you.
