Thank you for your kind comments =). I thought my cartridge didn't do so well on the inner grooves, some records its spot on, some not. I used the stevenson protractor method but that was long ago and with a different cartridge, took me nearly 3 hours, I was picky. I'd like to upgrade to an Audio Technica AT440MLa cartridge, apparently they are ace at inner groove tracking.

Well, you should consider just the good sounding ones and if they sound good it means your alignment is very good, anyway there are so many not so good sounding pressings and does not worth to bother with them. I also use Stevenson with my Lenco L-85 and it does sound very good with it's original Excel ES 70 S conical stylus. I've heard nice stories about AT440ML only that must be really picky with alignment and this is not a problem for you. :smile:

The fact is that it sound really good, no sibilances or distortions at all and this mean a good pressing played on a good setup, no need to be a proffesional to have a good hearing and to use some useful tips and tricks for achieving good results, and it's so nice to feel content especially when it comes about this hobby :p
