Santa stoped in early here in Minnesota and brought me a 60" Smart LED tv. Pitty I have to move the 46" LED TV to the bedroom. Yes that is my dog happily snoozing in front of the set. Yep and that is the worn leather on my sofa from the dogs other favorite spot. :p The red line across the screen is from my camera's flash and not some alien tractor beam.

Not sure why Pete looks so concerned as the Seahawks are smacking down the 49ers. :hello1:

I was looking at your Xfinity box and wishing I could get mine running. Just came in the mail Friday and I can't get it to fire up.

I thought mine were defective when I first got them too. You have to activate them online then plug the RF csble into them then plug them into a/c power and wait for about half an hour till the call home to self activate themselves. Kind of annoying as I am inpatient, but just plug them in and forget about them for an hour or so.

Lol we were just in Chaska yesterday. We just passed through Victoria and headed south on Bavaria and then to 41 and down to my favorite road Cahska BLVd on to Flying cloud drive and the nice stretch of road from Chaska up to flying cloud airport. Man I love looking out over the river valley. I miss shooting up the hillside at Moon valley too.

I have quite a few different speaker systems. In the photo I am using Klipsch KG 5.5 with the tube amp and tube cd setup. The tall speakers are Definitive Tech BP2000TL speakers the are Bi-polar speakers with a 15 inch subwoofer and a built in 500WPC amp for the sub. They use four 6.5 inch bass/midrange speakers and two 1 inch almuninum dome tweeters. I have them bi wired but not bi amped. You just plug the sub amp into the wall and it automatically turns on the sub when it detects an input signal. With bipolar speakers half of the drivers face forward and half face backward to reflect off of the wall for sound enforcement.

I have my computer piped into the tv so I can browesr the forum on a 60 inch monitor.

No, they are in place of a sound bar. They are hooked to an audio out on the tv set to variable out with the tv internal speakers turned off. The sound is also piped into the Pioneer amp in the stereo rack so I can run the sound through the Definitive Tech speakers. I have a green surge suppressor in back that turns on and off every thing except the time, DVR and VCR when you turn on or shut the TV off.

In my lower level I have a projection tv with a 84 inch screen and Sony ES Sourround sound receiver. I use eight speakers plus two subs in that setup.
