Except those look like they have been sanded, the PL stock machined ones you can see the brushed finish on the face and the concentric machining lines on the sides.

Could well be. These I yanked off one of the 400 s2 amps in the stack photo. I think patina is there.

Figured it out. The lower left 400 s2 still had the plastic knobs. Just switched them out. Must have forgotten.

You could put two sided tape on some china made plastic ones and call em LEE Press on knobs, for
PL 400. Sell em on Ebay.

Thanks, just lost a half hour on that one, funny stuff for sure.
Anyone want to go in on a new product line for PL gear? Was thinking of some power cord lubricant and adhesive backed EMI absorbing stickers.
