No, you née 60 volt center tapped secondary transformer, BEFORE rectification. That gives you +/- 42 volts on the rails...

Alright. Thank you for the advice. I've been using a Stahl digital soldering station. If fixed is better, I'll grab one.

That should be fine. Just be carful not to use too much heat and keep some solder wick handy for sopping up excess.
