Fondler errrr... fan of all Nav's avatars
Here is another that was used for Micheal Moorcock's Elric Sage of novels. The black sword he is holding is Stormbringer and was ultimately the doom of Elric. The blade took souls and did not distinguish between friend or foe. It was indiscriminate in it's thirst. It later fights it's brother blade Mournblade in a battle on the higher plans of reality

Saw this at 1/2 Price Books the other day - How is it?
Magnificent. Quiet where it should be, dynamic where it needs to be. This is from the first batch of the Pink Floyd RMs that came out recently, for this one I feel they did a pretty good job.

I don't have an original release to compare this one to, but my previous copy had some heat damage to the outer edge that was really distracting during the bird songs of the opening track. Don't miss the "whooshing."

Thinking about getting "Piper" and "Saucerful" since my copy of "Nice Pair" has a lot of battle wounds, but since I haven't dropped acid for such a long time I doubt that those albums will still have the same relevance to me. Ah, memories...

^^^^

To me, Piper and Saucer are the true Pink Floyd lps, everything after lost the original vibe of the band
AHA! A Syd Barrett fan, right? ...And I like Barrett's solo albums, too.

I lost interest in Floyd after "The Wall" came out, but my nephew is a die- hard fan throughout pretty much all the studio albums, post- "Wall" included.

Doctor visit this morning. Interstellar Overdrive running through my head...

So I bought them both, along with Syd Barrett's Opel and Jefferson Airplane's Surrealistic Pillow.

...I keep buying this old hippie stuff...
