Captain Beefheart And The Magic Band - Unconditionally Guaranteed

this record does sound more commercial than other Beefheart and like a collection of one-offs but still it's incredibly interesting with great sound quality.

Mary Black - By The Time It Gets Dark
(1987, Dara)

there are a few gems here, mixed in with less interesting contemporary songs. Worth the $1 just for her beautiful cover of Richard Thompson's wonderful song - Farewell, Farewell.
