a 2LP compilation of Commoners Crown and All Around My Hat from 1975/76. Cheap packaging but great sound quality. Listening to record 1, the Commoners Crown material.

a powerful storm came through here yesterday - knocked out our power from 11am until 4:30 this morning. No trees down or damage in my neighborhood although a nearby road was blocked by a fallen tree. got caught up on my reading- and I got together with the neighbors for a picnic by candlelight and flashlight then several games of Boggle - I found lots of risqué words and of course everything becomes a double entendre after a few glasses of wine

Was there enough rain to help the fires??

lots of rain here in Western Washington last night after the winds - at least an inch - but usually not as much carries over the Cascade range into E. Washington. I'm not hearing if it helped over there. I did hear that the winds yesterday were bad news and were kicking up sparks, causing more evacuations. over 900 square miles are impacted! I'm sure that the rain helped the fire on the Olympic peninsula. From the USA Today site:
