I pay $54 a month + free modem and 3 HD Boxes for internet and cable tv. My Comcast package doesn't exist anymore it was grandfathered in from Time Warner.

It is fast enough for me, most of the time what I am dling is bottle necked from the source.

Well way back when the speed I originally bought was 12mb service , then they moved me to 25mbps and no to 50mbps.

I have way more tv channels then I can ever watch, but don't want to jump to Comcast or they will start charging me more.

I'm sure Web. This is through Century Link, and Visionary Communication. I have Charter for cable, and I'm paying 92.00 just for the TV. I could probably get TV and internet for less...

I'm supposed to get 30 megabits per second, so am happy with this result. Internet is $100 a month, 200 gigabyte limit then slowed to a painful 64k, luckily I never go over the limit.

Just stick to the average porn samples and don't go hog wild...

Your upload speed was accosted by a two-bit Chaska hooker though, whatup?

I just figured out that Eastern Idaho gives better results than Boise's Syringa Networks and even Honolulu, with a significant lag in ping time still has a speed of 6.98 down/0.64 or so up.

The really bad part was that the test was going to Syringa Networks in Boise and that if you headed eastward about 200+ miles to Idaho Falls/Ammon and Rexburg, Idaho or a bit west into eastern Oregon (Pendleton, Hermiston) it got much better....even to Honolulu, Hawaii (no Obama jokes please).

And why can't I ping Centurylink in Boise?

That was one 56k kinda connection!
