Hello Matt,

It has been a long time since I last posted at Tapeheads, but some of the more memorable images I remember (other than Nando's pics & the exotic cassettes showcased by TH member stuartypoorty) were your framed Maxell tapes.

Great stuff.

I've heard good things about them upon doing some research. They are virtually like an open reel because they take the tape out of the shell for transport. A very desirable format and expensive to buy these days. Did your machine still perform well when you played back your recording?

Great photo of your current set-up, Matt. My eyes are immediately drawn to the R2R decks and the last-of-the-line Technics turntable. And I love looking at your framed cassette collection.
