I can no longer use the link that's been in my favorites since the day I got Pay-Pal. I get an access denied from this server notice. What's up with that???

What browser are you using? what happens when you google paypal and click on the link?

Have you tried copying the url and trying it in a different browser? Might be your browsers security setting if you are using IE.

try clearing your browser cache.

Internet Explorer (Windows)
Open a new browser window and go to the "Tools" menu
Select "Internet Options"
In the "General" tab, and under "Temporary Internet Files," click the "Delete Files" option
Click "OK" to delete the files
Click "OK" to close the Internet Options dialog box

Firefox (Windows & Mac)
Select the 'History' menu, and scroll down to 'Show in Sidebar'
Select Clear recent history/ clear now.

Have you tried another browser? Firefox, Opera or Chrome?. It sounds like an Ie Issue with one of the settings being locked down too tight.

Maybe paypal is on your restricted sites list. It could have been added by accident somehow.

Good Idea. Usually the first thing to try when a OS or application is acting up.

You may need to reset IE to it's defaults too.

Assuming ya got more than one 'puter, does this happen on all?
I assumed it was unique to this computer. That said something in IE is hosed or set incorrectly. If access is denied then the browser is forbidding you to acces the site. No thing paypal can help you with. If you go to IE internet options and reset IE to default settings. Or install Firefox, will take 5 minutes and you will be good.

If you feel adventurous you could check your IE restricted sites list, or setup a new user on your computer and see if IE can reach PP when logged in as the new user. Kind of tough to troubleshoot without seeing it first hand. Mebbe her can log into your outer remotely and check it out.

It COULD be that your PHONE (using the MOBILE version of the page) but the PC version is slightly different or has a glitch?

Like I said, call Paypal and see if they might know how to help you.

You ARE using the highest version of IE available and not IE8 or XP aren't you?

If you clear the cache, make CERTAIN you UNCHECK the box to preserve your favorite site settings and make sure you remember the logins first before doing that.

As long as it preserves your favorite site data you could have old cookies and data,
