SSL 3.0 is no longer supported (it's nearly 20 years old and highly vulnerable) and you need to adopt a more modern version of your browser that supports TLS.

IE 7 is the minimum requirement for Windows, meaning you should be using Windows 7 at least anyway...the world is passing XP by now.

NavLinear seems to know more about it than I do and you might converse with him if any of you are still experiencing this problem. He says he fixed the problem on his computer.
