Yeah I believe that. I seldom run any of my amps at full tilt as I dont care to damage my hearing any more as old age will take it's toll soon enough.

I'd say it is one of rare pieces I have that I would call Nandoesque. Meaning it looks like new, comes with original box and manuals.

i dunno, the "Stove burner at mid-level" kind of heat that my YAMAHA R-9 receiver generates in it's CLASS-A mode?

i mean, jeez, that's some seriously dangerous heat levels coming out of a mere stereo receiver, sheesh...

ah, so that's what 150+ watts worth of heat feels like. useful for an unheated house in the winter time, i guess...

I really need a preamp badly... since that dick on AK stole my preamp, I have been using a borrowed C1 which sucks because the phono section hums. I took it out of my system and am back to using the CT-24

Oh well. Can't get Em all. Waiting on a rig to set a packer so we can get the hole rolled. Didn't have this back in the day. Used to be boring waiting on rigs. Not now.
