Turns out my wife is a nurse. Now she teaches infant swimming from six months to six years old. You can teach a baby to roll over on its back and breathe and when they're a little older to swim to the wall and wait for rescue. She has had several kids who fell into a pool save themselves from drowning.

I have no problem fishing from a boat, that's what the orange jackets are for LMAO
As a kid, I grew up on the Great Sacandaga Lake and was in a boat fishing everyday. Wish we still had that, it was a Glastron ski boat with a metalflake red finish. My family owned a couple of the marinas on the lake back in the 60s and 70s. We had the first "jet" boat also on the lake. That thing would send up a roostertail 100ft in the air and do 72mph. We also had this sick little toy. It was 8ft long flatracer with a 50 horse Merc. That thing was scary as it did not want to turn when it was on plane LOL
