After you do a few Lee you will be down to 2 hours on the inputs

Beautiful loops on the resistors Lee...

First magic marker I grabbed radius....It was perfect, the looped end landed in the bottom of the input pin recess....

I shrink a small piece of 1/16" heatshrink on the end before I solder it to keep it from melting back. I can't stand the junk wire that PL used.

This stuff wasn't too bad. The tails were awfully short...

Some more behind the scenes stuff....To knock out, file the old epoxy out, refit and re-epoxy the old 2N3403's with 2N5088's take about an hour to do a pair, wth appropriate smoke breaks...

No. They are there only to hold the boards in place until the heatsnks are mounted..

you just can't get a good cherry drink down here.
there's cherry coke, but that's pretty boring.
there's cheery beery, but I've yet to taste anything cheery or cherry in it.
you can't even get a cherry pie!
it's as if cherries are boycotted in this country…..
….. and I so love my cherries.
on the farm I grew up on, we had a 'WHITE' cherry tree right next to the back door.
never seen 'em since.
bloke down the road of the last place I lived at had a cherry tree in his front yard which was fenced off and he even had a real scary dog guarding it, and was happier to see them rot than give any away. I couldn't even get a tiny little branch off him to propagate. how mean…..
