Those who enter the man cave will get WOPLed
I use an Audio Technics Auto-Lifter on my Thorens which is a fully manual turntable. You just reset it by pushing the lifter back down before playing another record.

And, just to clarify, I did not at all mean that one type or the other is intrinsically better or worse. I only have a specific preference that works for me and works for how I listen and has just fallen into place for me. Tables I have just happened across and enjoyed play a large role in this preference I am sure, as I've certainly not heard even a fraction of everything out there. As with all things, context is everything and we all live in different worlds to some degree or another. In my world, at this time, these tables work best and I'm content.

Hey, you should post up some pics of your stuff Jason, you have some pretty nifty Southern Rock. Ever hear of Hatterfox? Kind of AOR w/ a Southern Rock flavor. Sort of obscure band, I only have a original press 45 on the Unique label

Do you need a rolling paper out of a Big Bamboo album? We used to pass them around at Grateful Dead shows, get 2 oz's of weed in easy. The roach the next morning will kill you though :evil4:

Jag Panzer - The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald 7". Very rare handnumbered #389 of 500. Probably the best rendition of the haunting classic and the only Metal rendition recorded. Mark and the guys catch all the sadness and melancholy but somehow make the song transcend into a grandiose epic

Check it out:

The original is the best way to clear a party out of your place (or any place you are in). Just throw it on and everyone goes away ;)
