Allman Bros---"Live at The Fillmore East" is still one of my favorites, Midnight Rider the best of that. Ya get to thinkin about it, if not for JJ Cale, the hit count would be a lot less.
Yep Gary from rossington Collins another awesome band!! That 3 guitar lineup smoked!!! And yes live at Fillmore by abb and live at the Fillmore king curtis are my 2 fav live lps.

Jj Cale wrote same old blues and call me the breeze. Plus he wrote cocaine and numerous other songs. JJ Cale lived at the plantation in Cali at Leon Russell's place. That's were so much spawned from. Leon and the shelter ppl basically became Delaney and Bonnie's band witch turned into joe cocker mad dogs and Englishman witch turned into heritage Harrison's band on all things must pass and during all this Derek and the dominoes were born. Leon's song shoot out on the plantation was based around a pissed of ex taking a shot at the house lol. I swear I don't remember nothing unless it's useless band info. I'm a damn encyclopedia of music lol.

I liked it. Wasnt my favorite work of his, but it was good. I miss his early sound. I was huge on BLS up until about Mafia or the one after it. Yeah definitely the one after it.

Well the first 2 albums with Ozzy I thought were great. He didnt have much part in the writing of Ozzmosis. P&G for sure was the best thing he's released. Again, his latest material seems pretty recycled. BLS was cool when they were all about kickin limp bizkits ass and stuff, but now its too the same.
