You Virginia and Maryland guys need to watch the weather

Man, wild and wooly night last night!

Lost power around 3pm yesterday. Didn't get it back on until 8 or so this morning. So what's a guy to do? Well.. drink Guiness all night and hopefully pass out because it was so damn hot in this house!

Got about errr... 4 hours maybe. But all's good now. The power gods have answered me... yay!
 
I'm glad you guys are ok, many of the people killed were from big trees crashing into their homes :cry: . I just saw the news conference with the VA gov. looks like a lot of damage on the coast.

LOL.. funny you should mention that. We all actually DID jump in the pool right in the middle of it all. No big trees around so WTF... it was great.
 
Man, it was great... torrential downpour.... wind blowin all over the place... leaves in the pool. We felt like human soup, with herbs... heheh
 
We had it so bad. I will be watering my flowers and trees again tomorrow. We had strong breezes today. Not enough to blow the loaders over though. LOL We had worst storms that blew my scooter over. LOL

Power company. Thanks for the offer. It's should be on soon....I hope. I'm @ work now and our crews have a ton of work ahead of them. It's going to be a very long week.
 
We've got power company guys from here (Springfield, IL) heading out that way to help.
