Around 5 pm there was a ~6.5 magnitude EARTHQUAKE near Stanley (Sawtooth Mountains) and Challis, Idaho. Reports are that it was felt as far off as Seattle.

An aftershock of 4.8 has also been reported but not so many reports of feeling that.

This an ongoing development and now I have been reminded to check my gas line.

The real bummer was that there was nobody beside me in bed that was moving it.
