WTB Akai GX280-D speed control

Im looking for a speed control for an Akai GX280-D or GX280-D-SS, both decks use the same part.
The board # is KD-1097

I am not a fan of Akai unit but to help you out you might be able to get parts from Audio Pros or Reelprosoundguys.com who part out decks all the time. Can the board you have not be fixed?

Hi Sam. The board has a variable inductor that adjusts the low speed. The adjustable center core was locked up, now broken.
Ill check with the 2 places you listed.

Ferrite slugs should be easy to locate in any board that has lots of coils on it there are some different sizes but no that many. This is why I keep boards with certain parts on them.
