Have done service bulletin and got it running, but in doing some testing found two caps that were bad C307-308, but can't get left channel idle current to come off 0.0mV. Relays take between 8 to 10 seconds to click in and at about 1/4 volume they click out. Any suggestions would be great, and Thanks for any and all help.

Well I did recap on unit and replaced some more transistors other than the ones in the service bulletin. Relays now kick in 3 seconds but still can't set left idle current, stuck at 0.0mV but unit plays with a small amount of static on left channel. Anyone with any ideas about left channel idle current would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Did some voltage testing and found right channel is showing 90.3v (should be 88.5v) and left channel has 2.4v, and this is coming from MI-801 the main input board, I have the correct voltage (15.5v) coming in from power section on main board for both channels, but confused as to what could be the cause. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
