A-FUCKIN-MEN!!!

When my dad retired from the army his retirement home/location had these two items on the list

No lawn to mow
No snow to shovel

Tucson worked out, rocks and cacti for the yard and not much snowfall.
Got a retired Brother In Law looking to move from Boise to Arizona or New Mexico for that same reason .

I traveled to Dallas, Addison area for work about two weeks ago. I am surprised how cheap the homes are and in general everything when compared to Boise. Honestly, Boise is over priced to raise a family. Boise is a good proposition if you're a California retiree or fresh outta college outdoorsy person.. skeeing, boating, hiking, mountain biking etc.

I'm neither currently, I used to be the latter just few years ago.
