Who-da thunk that my Kenner Close N Play turntable, (Which was the prototype for the Technics SL-1200), would end up being worth this much??? Friggin Piece O Plastic Fantastic. I think I will start WOPL'ing these mo-fo's and drive the price through the roof. Can you imagine a plastic TurnTable with 500wpc and big jbl's in the cover??? Damn, can I get a "HUH" from the brothers???

I almost bit but that box is a bit tatty. So I decided on a nice Denon instead.

I do have the Kenner girder & panel set. I thought I could use it on my train layout.

Nice M1 Perry. You going to weather it?
Got over 100 brass steam engines and at least half need painted. Here's one I did years ago. I screwed up on it though. The real ones didn't have red roofs, but I felt it looked good as is.

If you look at the sponsored items at the top of the page perhaps you can score that Kenner knitting machine and make an afghan or sweater for those in the colder regions. It was a lot cheaper.

Since I wasn't shaking, I decided to put some decals on my newly painted train cars. Not too bad considering I hadn't decal'd anything since I was a kid. I never really had the interest either. Most models I built were beat to hell long before I had a chance to put paint on them. We'd stage accidents and put a little lighter fluid on them and.... well, you know the story... Anyway, I have the time and a semi steady hand so I thought what the hell. Some stuff I bought already done and ready to run. Some others I decided to try my hand at a new hobby. Never messed with an air brush before. I am pretty hand with a piss-can but you can tell when a guy piss-cans a model..... These are almost ready for a semi-gloss clear coat.

Here is some of my collection. I have some more stuff on lay-away. Some of which is finished and some more brass stuff. If the brass stuff is really nice, I'll leave it alone and just experiment with the rougher stuff. I have a beautiful Brass 4-8-2 M1A (seen in the pics below) which I decided to leave in as built condition, as well as the NOS Caboose. I suppose I should start thinking about putting a track layout together. My modern Diesels have Sound so I can listen to them while I try to fix my straw hat!!!! 5150 right?? HUH?
