Dave, fresh fried Trout, skin down on a pan of aluminum foil with 2" sides so I can add beer, buttery flavored crisco , chopped onions, and a few choice seasonings.

OK Lee..Go ahead and rub it in..You left out one important detail - cooked on hot coals of a open campfire..Dash of lemon salt as well.

Just call me "The Mad Fryer" with my new deep fryer... French Fries and deep fried packaged burritos... (ey! it all tastes good!)

Too bad I'm going to drop dead of a coronary in a week...

Tomorrow.. hmmm... onion rings? I dunno... bet my wife hides the fryer from me.

I've got taters, cheese, some canned green chilis, onions... what else would go good? I'm not much of a chicken guy :? I have a bus pass to get to the market, I was thinkin' fresh green beans with onions... HELP!

The novelty of the deep fryer's worn off. Made some chicken strips and onion rings, but 3 nights of fried stuff caught up with me in the bathroom about an hour later. :bootyshake:

Hey, can I rename the thread "What's for supper, and what came out after?" :thumbright:
