Taco's de la stu, the Orangster has been making me hungry with his supper pics. So tonight I just made a tacofest, fresh Hatch green chili's aren't in season yet  , so I used some canned mashed into fresh avocado's, and the usual other crap :D

One nice thing about Arizona is we get veggies and fruit almost all year :thumbleft: , later for dessert is strawberries with Hershey's syrup, cantalope and raspberry sherbert

I'd have to take a pic of my insides to show ya, but suffice to say.. Dinner here was pretty darn good. Finally broke down and bought a deep fryer, and damn them drumsticks were perfect! Simple flour, season salt and salt, and double breaded, then in the deep fry for 15 minutes. When they came out.. man.. KFC aint got nothin' on dem mofos...

Now of course I'm looking for anything and everything to deep fry... taters.. zucchini... onions... maybe my pet dog.. heheheh (Naaaaaah.. just kiddin... )

Us true southerners deep fry everything.....Twinkies and Ho-Ho's, try some, freakin' awesome  . Fry some ice cream!!

They call them Indian Fry Bread in AZ, but I call them sopapilla's, can't remember the recipe, just a simple flour dough, topped with sugar or what ever you like. Is it one of those frybaby's? or did a you get a big'un??
