Found this at the mid-century modern furniture and vintage stuff emporium Tuesday:



Looked up the call letters and found this explanation from wikipedia:

"a radio station broadcasting an urban contemporary format. Licensed to Marshall, Texas, United States, the station serves the Longview-Marshall area. The station is currently owned by Wiley College."

Which might explain the "Mint-" condition of the LP.
