New toy SLF? Elac Miracord?

Good eye, Elac Miracord 50H. with a Stanton 681EEE cartridge. I've had it for years along with a bunch of Duals, etc which I picked up at yard sales. just using it for some listening in the basement system with Lafayette 250a tube amp, Cambridge Audio 640p phono preamp, and big Frazier movie theater speakers.

35 year anniversary ... damn time flies ...:tard:

I remember a family reunion years ago and my cousin had EIGHT TRACKS of Van Halen...and CCR. Now, I had Chicago's Hot Streets and wore my copy of The Cars' Panorama out when I was young but not sure I have any Van Halen carts. I have Elton John on Geffen, 4 tracks and even GRACE JONES Fame tho...

Nice to see you switching up on turntables now that summer is nearing, SLF.

They must not have had the album's title nailed down for the initial run of jackets - the spine on this copy has the title of the first song on side 2 - "Goin' On To Detroit".

Rumplestiltskin

Found this the other day for a buck. Reconditioned last night and playing this morning. Never heard of this band before but if I had, 45 years ago, I would have been a fan.
