I didn’t post this before, but the other night I dubbed this to tape. Pat Metheny with Dave Holland and Ron Carter. Absolutely killer in every way. Recorded at power station NYC just before Christmas 1989. Mastered by Bob Ludwig. Digital master done right. It’s so great!

The 1970 counterpoint to John’s “primal scream” album, Yoko’s album is the “scream because I haven’t the talent to do otherwise” album. One halfway redeeming track out of six. A cat dying from a fatal wound would be more melodic.
