Yes, my neighbor gave me her TT and a couple of boxes of records - they were sitting in storage for 25+ years. The Thorens is a very noticeable upgrade over the Technics DD in the basement system, even with a low-end Shure M93e MM cartridge on it for now. Tons of space and effortless detail.
