very true, Nav. Lots of history to discover off the beaten path too. It does help to travel with folks who speak French or have a lot of patience because most of the locals can't/don't speak English. ...and the local food - cheese, sausages, beef burgundy, plateau fruits de mer, paella - is really something. Just about any restaurant or butcher/cheese shop will knock your socks off. so will a trip to the beach. :glasses1:
I remember that a trip to the beach would knock you shorts off. :shaking:

I agree that speaking the native tongue helps tremendously. Or am I confusing that with tonguing the natives?

Relaxing with a cold Sleeman Honey Brown Lager and listening to JMJ's "Zoolook" on the downstairs system with Dual 1229Q turntable.

Yes, we got hitched last Saturday, Lee. I'm pretty good at knots, Nav. Check out my Windsor knot on my tie.

Thanks guys. Still tired from all the planning and work prior to our wedding. That's why I have been down in my activity here on the forum. Give me another week to get back in form.

Do you mean someone at least as tall as her? Thankfully, she didn't wear her heels for our wedding day.
