what are you listening to?

George: You are the go-to-person concerning Beatles. My friend, Robert, is a huge fan of the Beatles, but his collection is comprised of anything that's hasn't been downloaded, since he isn't computer-savvy. I hope that changes, soon, because if he ever became a member, here, he has lots of stories to tell and lots of primo equipment he owns and has owned.

Nando.

... and as far as Zep goes, the best album to get is the one you remember as a kid, complete with scratches and jumps.
(If u really want that 'original' experience.)

We were blessed to have grown up in that time Nando.....

Most folks drive the car home aftert they buy it.....

There's a lot of BS I have to go through Lee.
Firstly, it has to be vehicle tested at a licensed tester.
Then, any shortfalls have to be fixed to get a Road Worthy Certificate, and they're very strict here with wot gets allowed on the road. Hell, even a rusty tailpipe is enough to fail. Which, it happens to have, and needs replacing, but that's a warranty job coz it's less than 2 years old.
Then it has to go to Vic Roads, who will do another once over, and then cancel the current registration, then sign it under my name.
All this means appointments, and the earliest I could get was for Tuesday for the RWC, and then hopefully Wednesday at Vic Roads.

:(

That's F&^%$# ridiculous!!! Do you have to license a horse to ride it?? And of course all those inspections cost money right??

I bought the car for a very cheap $300, and it's gonna cost an extra $700 to get it on the road in my name.... :(

(no license for horse, but u do need a permit.)

Ppl keep buying them so somebody must like something about them.. So I'll rephrase . What is your favorite version of no quarter??

No sense cyin over spilt money...

it's an expensive place to live, here.
the govt always finds another way to extort money out of people, way beyond taxes.
there's fees for everything! ... and huge ones.
they make so much money out of a relatively small population of around 22 million of us. it's just not right.....

can't recommend anything in the way of remasters. I'm with u. all the ones I've heard suck too!
when they clean it up, it loses heaps.....

... and I should mention, that ppl only find that out AFTER they've bought them, then convince themselves that it MUST be better, when in reality, it's not.
