what are you listening to?

Man you got a nice 80's session rocking over there.

Motley Crue ~ Too Fast For Love

I think this is Mick Mars best tone ever (and I dig it) but I know he disagrees.....

Agreed, it ripped like a chainsaw. I think it was a 2203 he used back then. Probably double tracked as it's really tight, lots of mid boost

That would do it. I had a 2203 or maybe it was a 2204...hmmm...getting old.....it ran 6550/kt88's instead of the traditional EL34's.

Still kicking myself for selling the one owner Major and 4x12 cab I had......

A early Major with the master volume mod is basically God's voice, 200w of KT88 driven thunder

Bruce Cockburn - Mummy Dust

There's another one SLF!

it was a new one for me, I thought I had every one of Bruce's LPs. I scooped this LP for $2 last week, at first I thought it was a unique title that I don't have, but it's a compilation of tracks from Cockburn's 70s LPs. According to AllMusic, this was originally a Canada-only release and there are 4 previously unreleased tracks. Kind of neat how they used his first LP's cover in the cover art.

Got the rory gallagher live lp spinning now. Man what a great lp. Captain beyond dawn explosion on deck

I'm also an RG fan. I have only three of his albums, but I'm always looking for more from him on vinyl.

Nando.
