Stuck in the 70's
Awesome "Sultans of Swing" guitar only track

I know there are some other guitar players here, and no doubt some who don't play will enjoy this too.
I've always been inspired when listening to the great Mark Knopfler's guitar technique...he plays electric guitar without a pick, just his fingers. Jeff Beck does this too, and they both play Fender Stratocaster guitars.
Anyway, here is the guitar track ISOLATED ALL BY ITSELF for the Dire Straits song, "Sultans of Swing".
It is amazing to hear all the nuances and little sounds that are typically masked by the rest of the musicians in a song.

It's really something I found special and thought you all might appreciate it.

Enjoy!

Wow, Derek. One of those albums I can handle on a steady basis.

Nando.
Its always nice to hear an album sourced from a pressing and gear I cannot afford, sounds beautiful at 24-bit/96khz. Have not listened to music for what it seems like a few days. A nice touch.

Derek: I still love their (Dire Straits) debut album over all the rest. I have played that album more than other albums of my Dire Straits collection.

That looks like a special digital version of "Making Movies."

Nando.

Agreed, I feel the same way about the first album, guess I'll have to spin that one too :toothy10:
