How many records do you own?

More than I can keep shelved with about 4k in shelves in a couple of rooms and thebasement, and as many more unsorted in boxes, etc. It's a fun hobby, and given equal mastering quality across formats I still prefer LPs for the listening experience of sitting down to spin a plastic platter!

Humble Pie - Lost And Found
(1972, A&M)

2LP reissue of Humble Pie's first two albums. I'm listening to record 1 - Town And Country, released in 1968.

Humble Pie - Lost & Found

Had the same exact set myself. Love "Shaky Jake"!!

It's a great compilation but I really like to get my hands on that Town And Country title.

Richard Betts - Highway Call

Dickey's best solo effort. I have a copy with the poster too.

Yes, I hadn't heard it in awhile and it reminded me how much he contributed to the Allman Brothers. His guitar rings like a bell.

Leonard Cohen - New Skin For The Old Ceremony
(1974, Columbia) Promo/NFS; MASTERDISK G.K. / MASTERDISK G. Kong on side 1/2; Mastered by Gilbert Kong at Masterdisk

This reminds me that I picked up an album of his on Record Store Day. AMAZING recording quality.

I just broke the shrink-wrap on this sealed copy and gave it a run through the VPI 16.5. tasty

The Charlie Daniels Band-"Hallelujah It's Christmas Time Again" 2012 Blue Hat Records cd

....A special charity comp (featuring previously released Christmas tunes) that I picked up at Country Buffett a few weeks ago.

So "lost and Found" were not duplicate releases of the original releases?

Putting up the Christmas tree...

Mandy Barnett-"Winter Wonderland" 2010 Rounder Records cd

....Once again, I'm going to put in a plug for Mandy. Man, what a voice! If you dig Patsy Cline then you will love Mandy.
