Set the WOPL Time Machine to 1972 today.
This is one of my all time favorite albums….one of 25 I would have to have if I was stranded on a desert island for life. I bought it new in 1972, and a few years later bought another new copy, which I have never opened. I didn’t do that very often, but figured if I ever wore my first one out, I would have another original pressing ready to go. I played it that much.
I saw them in concert in 1973, when their second album “Down The Road” came out, and they played music from both albums in concert, amazing show. They broke up a few months after I saw them.

This album has an amazing soundstage, as if you have a front row, center table at the club, very enjoyable listen.

Recording Summertime Dream in 32 bit/96kHz to the computer. Hooked up Mom's computer and the Tascam interface, sorted out the recording software issues with the Apple Store (just went around it) and am recording some albums I didn't get around to in 2016.
