That switch will be specific to that microphone, there won’t be a replacement that you can buy from an electronics supplier. Sorry to tell you bad news, but maybe the manufacturer can repair it.
Likely the repair is more than the cost of a suitable replacement microphone. The prices of good sounding microphones have come down due to the increased number of podcast "artists".
