Wanted: Phase Linear 400 meter bezel

Can you help me with a vu meter problem? I got these amps free many years ago. One of the meter is different from the others. It does not respond to a multimeter movement like the other three meters. The one that has Dixon, INC does not respond to multimeter? Thank you for all your help!
 
Those meters are notoriously difficult to repair. Being mechanical devices, they just wear out unless they have been exposed to excess voltage at some point; then they just suddenly die.

What's the difference between the meters? Okay to mix them? I'm still learning on these Phase Linear's.
