I don't think graham wants the cans. Craig it is going to cost 40.00 to send it to Graham. Can you afford it. If not I can send it to him. If he still wants the deal I offered. He said he would pay shipping. Is there anyone else who would like to try it? Before it goes down under.
I can make deal about this set up. I'll give a break on the amp and you pay what you can for a single till you get to the price and I'll get it then. Like a lay away. The cans are up for an offer. So just talk to me. First one to make an offer they are yours. Within reason. They are broke so don't be afraid to make an offer. You don't even know what I have in my mind. I have about 10 pair of cans laying around here. For testing I don't think I need the AKGs. I'll do the same arrangement for the cans.
After this is a set of interconnects. The ICs i'll be sending are 130.00 MSRP. Ask Elroy about them.
If you guys want me to send a cheaper pair I will. I have to do an order soon.
So who wants to try the ICs?

Hey ya'll, sorry for the delay in getting the Creek to Tasmania, I was sick as a dog all last week, in the ER twice, I'm fine now, had to play catch up on interviews and all that this week, anyhoo, it's shipping out tomorrow morning 8/19 on this side of the date line. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have Graham

Hi Guys,
Finally had a chance to have a decent listen to the Creek. Borrowed a pair of decent sennheisers and set her all up with a Phillips CD960 (CDM1 + TDA1541). I'm not really a headphone person as I can get away with playing my music fairly loud whenever I want to...lucky me. I have an old pair of Stax electrostatic headphones I brought when I was a pup but I don't really have an amp powerful enough to drive them anymore and have not used them for gulp...20 years.
Back to the Creek. Thought the phones sounded pretty good with this unit, sure beat the crap out of the phones socket strait out of the CD player. Played some Floyd, Porcupine Tree and a bit of Jazz. Was suitably impressed with the sound quality but to be honest I would proffer to listen to a decent normal stereo. Will give them a bit more of a run and update later
