I know. They had a fairly long list of stuff on the Bloomberg "nanny state" control list covered on the local news last night.
I can't remember the full list but besides the well known soft drink thing, regulation
of salt and now this headphone/earbud thing were stand outs. I'm starting to think all this
nonsense is just a reason to give the bored-silly lawyers in N.Y. something to do...as in
lawsuits.

Bloomberg is a knucklehead in a suit! :glasses5:
