Your correct. This model ABdrive is programmable ramp up/ramp down speeds It can be programmed for forward or reverse and a bunch of other shit.

What am I going to do with it..Probably save the heatsink and shitcan the rest..
A bud up in MN is always look'n for heatsinks. He goes by Westend on AK. He gave me a polished slab of granite so I own him..

Dave , we use a lot of AB drives on our pumping units, injection pumps, recycle pumps, charge pumps. From 5 HP to 100HP>

Man I can not believe it.Got into work yesterday morning at 6AM. The roving guard informed me that airhandler # 5 had taken a shit again.Investigated problem. Found a 60HP ABB freq drive had arc flashed. My supervisor decides he wants to change out the 50 horse Baldor inside the airhandle as well as hang a new ABB with new wire from the drive to the motor. So much for personal projects for yesterday. That 750 lb motor was one SOB trying to wrestle out of the inside of that airhandler...Not a good day!!!

Know what ya mean Dave. Chain hooists, chains, boomers and snatch blocks, very familiar with the process. A good pinch bar and some round stock works good too.I just had an AB B030 blow all the IGBT's at once when I was standing in front of it Friday sounded like a 12 gauge gooing off. Scared the livin S*&^ outta me. The kid was out the door, a wee bit of brabbit in that one.
Changing out wire was a little anal wasn't it??
