this is weird

I think this could still be wopled it would be interesting to see what it sells for
 
very strange, I could not imagine the two bulk caps next too the Transformer being used, looks to still have the originals...
 
when this gets done to a 700b/series two then I will have seen it all.
I would ask the own why this was done
 
Original caps and bridge are mounted to the left chassis side wall with band clamps. That was the 4 fin mounting method before the die cast transformer mount was phased at the introduction of the 8 dinner.
 
Somebody was smoking a very powerful product to come up with that creation!
 
Be careful - as so often happens, it may be on ebay because it has a serious problem. OTOH, I like all the fins...and the balance created by having the trannie in the middle - no imbalance to the left.
