Yes I did. The Burr-Browns made the phono section a lot less "Harsh". And the rest of it's a jewell.

Do you want me to try to locate any of the caps for my 3300 pre, Lee? I have some very nice Russian PIO caps in a couple of values, but I can try to locate others. I also have some stock of some really nice film and foil and polypropolynes from speaker building. The ones you have may be the best for the pre, I don't know, plus depending on what you read, some blind studies indicate a person can't "hear" the difference in high dollar caps anyway, so I don't know. It can't hurt...I've also by-passed some high value caps with small .1 uf cps in the past too.. Again, I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but it sure is cool as hell...
