Wow, we hadn't even hit the 500 member mark and Lee is ready to give another one away to some lucky member. Good luck to all!

It's the thought that counts Brother, I am sure there are others who could use it. We all don't have extra highend goodies laying around but whatever we offer is offered out of kindness and care for this board

I think Miles response was to my not knowing what an iPod dock was, not your generous offer for a lottery prize. Miles ain't like that.

That was it I'm sure after rereadin lol. It does have a 1/8 inch input in back also. So if you don't have a iPod you can use a cord instead. It actually fills a big ass room loud and clear and somehow actually has decent bass. It's handy as hell if you don't have a system in every room. I do have a pioneer sx-3400 if that would be cooler here. You guys decide between a

bose dockin station
pioneer sx -3400
sony dual cassette deck.

I'd like to put this up as some sort of prize, does not have to be 1st, 2nd or 3rd. I will have to disqaulify my self of course from winning it though it would save on shipping LMAO

I guess this was a BMG exclusive or something from 1992, comes complete w/ 2 booklets, the 3 discs are clean

EDIT: International destinations will have to cover shipping, I cover the US

LOL I was just referring to any prize is cool regardless, it would be cool if enough prizes were up that everybody online at the time had an excellent chance to win something cool

I am also paying this forward as another prize, this set was RAOK'd (Random Act Of Kindness) to me by a dear Brother. I have enjoyed it a few times and kept it as clean as I received it. The Rolling Stones - London Years Singles Collection 3cd set with huge book insert, very cool shit here Bro's and Ho's :evil4:

Again, I cover shipping in the US, International destinations have to cover the shipping

I see plenty of quality donations being contributed by members towards the next lottery. Very generous by all of you! I feel like un-exempting myself from being eligible for the draw.

You can be in on the cd sets Nando, I consider them open to any member with the requirements set in the thread except myself since I am giving them. Call them consolation prizes :evil4:

Count me out of this one guys.

As an infrequent contributor and being on the other side of the pond, it is only fair that the regular members get a shot at this.

Thanks.

I already have the SX-3400 my friend owned for maybe 15-20 years before moving to Equador to build low income housing with a church group.

I offered the Optimus CD-6600 changer and told Lee where to find two OEM remotes. But I obviously don't want to win it back.

I think this whole thing is 'backfiring' from kindness and enthusiasm, in an odd sort of way...

We should just have a contest for good working items or services we might not be getting rid of easily or just want to spread the mojo.

It won't preclude selling other stuff on the normal FS threads but it should be limited to members with genuine posting history and credentials, as Lee has already defined previously. Shipping or other needed fees could be charged but can also be optional by choice of the person offering it.

Or we could just SWAP more.

Personally I don't see how this is backfiring. I think it's cool ppl are willing to give. In this day and age that's not normal. Ppl are selfish as a whole IMO . I'm not offering up junk . It's stuff I still use but pass on the vibes . It all comes back and if it don't oh well. Just my take..

I think the prizes need to be decided before the contest begins. That being said donation of prizes is appreciated, but since our members span the entire globe so the prize should not have shipping limitations. If you are offering up a prize be cognizant that you may have to ship it to Zimbabwe.

If a member wants to not be included in the giveaway it is their perogative certainly.
