Tapematic 2002

Okay, once again you've confused the confused . running does not mean loading tapes??

No it means I got the air valve opening. I got the LCD waiting for me to put in tape times. Running means a lot of things. Now loading is different than running.

Oh, well when i call in that i have a well running it means its got oil to surface.......now.........that time between turning the unit on and getting flluid to surface is called "pump up" time. So.......we got stuff we're just waiting for it to pump up????

Here is one for you. F this Fing S--t. What does that mean in the Larry Dictionary?

Larry

NOT a good opening post for the first loading day!!!!

To the vacuum chamber. It is only suppose to suck 2 inches of tape it. It sucks it all in. Thus all my vacuum is going there so I have none at other places.

Larry

Hmmmm....

So the vacuum is supposed to be used in other parts of the mech, but isn't being gated or valved properly?

No op or service manual.. that blows.

Only if you reverse the hose.

So the timing circuit governing the 2 inch tape time is screwing up. Either the signal is not gettting to the valve controlling the vacuum to the nozzle ORRRRR, the valve is not getting the signal????

I have to adjust the vacuum at that part. It is like an open leak and all the vacuum is going there so there isn't any left for the other things down stream.

Larry

Ah, is the adjustment to the 2 inch tape lenght timed or measured? Optical or electronic?

Well I'm getting set up to try it. Will know in a little bit. Gotta honk this heavy vacuum pump up and over the work bench. Back already hurts. LOL First test run no go. Take a break then hit is again. LOL
