With that much power going out. Don't you thing you should go bigger on the output? Had to order a wire stripper for the tonearm harness.LOL My tool box is getting full. The guys are coming to build storage over the garage door tomorrow.

We're talking max 8 amps, how big do you think it should be?? It's your amp and I'll put in what you want, so make a decision, and send it on!!!!!

I'll think about it. I'm just anal about the size of wires.I use to only run 12/2 in the houses I wired. That is just one of those things.

Tom Oh Tom. I need those Meters.LOL

Me too, and 10/2 and 10/3, the 10 really sucks at termination time though.

I used it running upstairs baseboard heat and window banger AC's. It really does suck tucking it in under those d((&*&&^& screws.

Ran 10/3 220 to my power distribution for my main rig.

Finally got some time, got all the parts I need, The white LED board, the cap kit, The DC protect board, new binders, etc. Now to just get everything put together.

BTW, if anyone needs DC protect boards, wattsabundant's 400 and 700 boards are unbeatable. They take power from the tranny secondary, and the DC from the rails, VERY VERY easy and too damn handy, bolt right to the speaker posts. Didn't know if i would like it , but I damn sure do. Sonically transparent as you can get. GOOD STUFF DON!!!!! thanks for going through the trouble.

Joe's cap kit is a godsend too. Replaces 2 5900uf caps with 4 -10,000 uf caps , in less space. It''s also good stuff.

New wires put in, tidied up and routed. I'm going with the 2 separate grounds to the White Oak board and 2 separate power feeds, one for each channel. Joe's grounding scheme in general, and last but not least the Whitre Oak LED board.

Absolutely beautiful work Lee.....as always. Your stuff always looks like brand new production stuff. And I know it will sound like the best amp ever made when you get through. I think you missed your calling. Should be with Joe in a huge amplifier company making millions of dollars and making audio nuts happy all over the world. Thanks again for all this hard work. I can't wait to put it to the test..

Sutton, I'll take the profit margins in the oil business over that of commercial audio any day. Yep, there's that politically UNCORRECT word again, profit--makes the world go 'round.
