Well...they called back but wouldn't upgrade or credit the cartridge on a TT. Not a deal breaker though yet, still a good price.

If you want to know more about customer experiences with some companies, google "SoundStageDirect reputation" or complaints or something like that, and look on other audio sites, like AK, TH, Audio Asylum and such. This can give you an earful sometimes.
