Most of the time was spent in godawful dirty oilfield trucks, tapes wouldn't have stood a chance. FM otherwise. Gotta remember I've had my Spec Gear since I was 19, never was that impressed with cassettes.

I've got a CT-F7272 still over at my folks, working I was told but it has Bic caps for hubs and a meter is not talking...had a 9191.

Anyone of a bunch of us can send you a tape you wouldn't believe. What might be good would be the guitar tapes; but you may be dead before they get to you. LOL I have to make a tape for one of my customers to show him what a good tapes is. I can do it at the same time if you want. My gear isn't the greatest; but it makes a mean tape. No noise reduction.
